Most small offices run on the person who's "good with computers" and a pile of passwords on a sticky note. That works until a laptop dies before a deadline, an ex-employee still has email access, or a phishing email gets through. Managed IT replaces that with a system: every computer patched and monitored, every account protected, backups that are actually tested, and one number to call when anything breaks.
Our plans are built for the size of business the big MSPs don't really want. Core is $89 per user per month and covers unlimited remote helpdesk, patching and monitoring, Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace administration, and managed backup checks. Complete is $159 per user per month and adds on-site visits with no hourly charge, endpoint security and email protection, same-day priority, and quarterly planning. Both have a three-user minimum and no long contract.
We cover offices across Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx, Staten Island, and Long Island — law and accounting firms, medical and dental practices, agencies, contractors, nonprofits, and retail. If you'd rather start with a one-time cleanup, we do that too at our hourly rates.
Time for managed IT when…
- one employee has quietly become the IT department
- nobody is sure whether backups actually work
- former employees might still have access to email or files
- computers are on different versions with updates piling up
- a client or insurer asked about your cybersecurity
- you're growing and onboarding new hires is a scramble

FAQ / SMALL BUSINESS IT SUPPORT
Small business IT support questions, answered.
How much does managed IT cost in NYC?
Managed IT in New York is commonly quoted at roughly $100 to $250 per user per month. Our Core plan is $89 per user per month and Complete is $159 per user per month, both month-to-month with a three-user minimum. Servers and network management are optional add-ons.
Do we have to sign a long contract?
No. Our plans are month-to-month. We'd rather keep you because the IT runs well.
We only have two people. Can you still help?
Yes. Plans start at three users, but smaller offices can use us hourly — $79 an hour remote and $129 an hour on-site — or start with a one-time cleanup and backup setup.
What's the difference between Core and Complete?
Core covers unlimited remote helpdesk, patching and monitoring, Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace administration, and managed backup checks, with on-site visits at a member rate of $99 an hour. Complete adds on-site visits with no hourly charge, endpoint security and email protection, same-day priority response, and quarterly planning.
Can you work with our existing IT person or vendor?
Yes. We can handle the day-to-day helpdesk and security while your existing person or vendor keeps a specialty system, or take over completely with a documented handoff.
How long does onboarding take?
For a small office, usually one to two weeks: we document what you have, install monitoring and backups, lock down accounts with MFA, and fix the urgent problems first.
Do you help with the NY SHIELD Act?
Yes. We implement practical administrative, technical, and physical safeguards — MFA, encryption, backups, access control, and staff training — and document them. For legal interpretation, talk to your attorney.
