When a POS goes down, it's almost never the software. It's a terminal on a weak Wi-Fi signal behind the walk-in, a kitchen printer that lost its IP address, a card reader that won't pair, or an internet line with no backup. Those are network and hardware problems, and they're exactly what we fix.
We install and configure POS hardware for Square, Clover, and Toast, wire terminals and printers wherever possible, give your POS its own protected network separate from customer Wi-Fi, and add a cellular backup so you can keep taking cards if the internet drops. We test every printer route and payment path before you open.
Already running and having problems? We troubleshoot existing systems on-site, and for restaurants and shops we offer after-hours dispatch so fixes happen when the doors are closed.

- kitchen tickets don't print or print at the wrong station

NEW YORK / WHAT WE SEE ON CALLS
Built for New York service.
Tight kitchens, thick walls
Walk-ins, steel, and basement prep rooms kill Wi-Fi. We wire what we can and place access points for the rest.
Delivery tablets everywhere
Third-party ordering tablets crowd the counter and the network. We organize them so they don't slow down payments.
Outages happen
Building work, a cut line, a provider outage — a cellular backup keeps the register open.

FAQ / POS SETUP & SUPPORT
POS setup & support questions, answered.
My Toast or Clover terminal keeps going offline. Why?
Usually it's the network, not the POS: weak Wi-Fi where the terminal sits, interference from other devices, a router that's overloaded by customer Wi-Fi, or printers and terminals losing their addresses. Wiring the key devices, separating the POS network, and fixing addressing solves most of it.
Can you install my Square, Clover, or Toast system?
Yes. We set up the hardware, printers, card readers, and network on-site, and test every station before you open. Account setup and payment processing stay with your POS provider.
Should customers and the POS share Wi-Fi?
No. Your payment devices should be on their own network, separate from customer and staff Wi-Fi. It's safer and it keeps a crowded dining room from slowing down card payments.
What happens to my POS if the internet goes down?
Most systems have a limited offline mode, but it has rules and risks. A cellular backup line is the more reliable fix: when the main internet drops, the POS switches over automatically and keeps running.
Do you offer after-hours support?
Yes. After-hours dispatch is $189 an hour, so repairs can happen after close instead of during service.
