How much does computer repair cost in NYC?
With ITGoNYC the phone estimate is free. Remote fixes are $79 an hour with a 30-minute minimum, on-site visits are $129 an hour with a one-hour minimum, and pickup and bench repair is $149 flat plus parts. Most software problems take 30 to 90 minutes. You approve a flat quote before any work starts.
Is the estimate the final price?
No. The estimator shows the typical cost for jobs like yours, based on our published rates. Before any work starts, a technician gives you a flat quote for your exact problem, and that quote doesn't change halfway through.
Do you charge for a diagnosis?
No. Tell us what's happening by phone, text, or the contact form and we'll give you a flat quote for free. If we need hands on the device to find the cause, we tell you the cost of that first.
What does after-hours service cost?
After-hours dispatch, for nights and emergencies outside 8am to 8pm, is $189 an hour.
Is there a cheaper option if I need help often?
Yes. The HomeBase plan is $39 a month per household and includes unlimited remote support, an annual tune-up visit, and a $99 an hour on-site rate. Businesses can get unlimited remote helpdesk on the Core plan at $89 per user per month.
