I'm Isaiah. I live in Mill Basin, Brooklyn, and my day job is technical services in Manhattan: diagnosing and fixing laptops, phones, cameras, and networks for people who need them working today.
I started ITGoNYC because getting good tech help in this city is harder than it should be. Big shops put you on hold, hourly billing creeps, and nobody explains what they did. ITGoNYC works the other way: a tech answers the phone, you get a flat quote before anything starts, and you get a plain-English write-up when it's done.
We work with homes, families, and small businesses across all five boroughs and Long Island, and remotely anywhere.
