Printer problems are rarely the printer. They're a printer that changed its network address after a router reboot, a driver that broke in an update, a computer pointed at an old copy of the printer, or a Wi-Fi printer stuck on a network that no longer exists. We fix the cause so it doesn't come back next week.
For offices, we set up shared printers properly: fixed network addresses, the right drivers on every computer, scan-to-email and scan-to-folder that actually work, and a print setup new employees can join in a minute. For homes, we get printing working from phones and tablets too.
If a cheap printer is truly broken, we'll tell you when replacing it costs less than fixing it — and recommend something that's easy to live with and won't eat ink.

- your printer says offline but it's on and connected
- it stopped working after you changed internet providers or routers

FAQ / PRINTER SETUP & REPAIR
Printer setup & repair questions, answered.
Why does my printer keep saying it's offline?
Usually the printer's network address changed, the computer is pointed at an old copy of the printer, or the printer goes into a deep sleep and drops off Wi-Fi. Giving it a fixed address, removing old printer entries, and adjusting sleep settings fixes most cases.
Is it worth repairing my printer?
For office laser printers and copiers, often yes. For inexpensive home inkjets, a repair can cost more than a new printer. We'll tell you honestly which side of that line yours is on.
Can you set up scan to email?
Yes. Scan to email often breaks when email providers tighten security. We set it up with current, secure settings, or set up scan to a shared folder or cloud storage instead.
Do you work on HP, Brother, Canon, and Epson?
Yes, plus most office copiers for network setup and scanning. For major hardware repairs on leased copiers, the leasing company's service contract usually applies, and we coordinate with them.
Can you fix it remotely?
Many printer problems — drivers, offline errors, and computer-side settings — can be fixed remotely at $79 an hour. If the printer itself needs hands-on work, we come on-site.
